As my daughter so often says “You can’t go vegan without doing any research about health and nutrition and then wonder why you don’t feel so well and just give up on it!”

Good health, well balanced diets, and learning how to manage the unique skin you are in can take some time, but it’s time well spent because the outcomes, in terms of health and happiness, are phenomenal!

Sometimes a simple tweak here and there can make the world of difference; a little more sunlight, a little less caffeine, a bit more fruit, and so on. We are all different, so what works for one may not work for another.

I highly recommend educating yourself, talking with other vegans, listening to your body, and having some support from an expert from time to time.
