kings casLunch with Om at Kings

Come join me for lunch every Monday at midday, at Kings café at the Darwin Uni, near Casuarina on Ellengowan Drive.

Besides supporting this wonderful new vegan food venue, you can quiz me with all of your nutritional questions and receive a free iridology reading. I’ll have resources with me to give away, and you can check out some of my favourite vegan nutrition books.

(I’m only here in Darwin until the end of June, but I’ll be back again at the beginning of next year)

Is anyone interested in being a stallholder for, and helping to organise a pop up vegan market in Darwin? Contact me on 0438110872 if so.

Our Darwin arm of Anonymous for the Voiceless runs a Cube of Truth most Friday nights at Raintree Park. We also hosted one at the Nightcliff markets the day after the Dominion premiere here in Darwin, and we had visiting guests joining us who were here for the Dominion screening: like James Aspey, Carly, Gabriel, Angela, Chris Delaforce, Matthew, Lissy and the rest of the awesome Dominion crew!

If you don’t know much about what a ‘Cube’ is, check out these links below. I love it, because it’s a world-wide abolitionist vegan movement that is making a really big difference! It’s also helping me find my voice, because I’m on outreach (talking to people after they watch the footage.) Contact me if you would love to get involved, and keep your eye on this space for updates on events and venues.

self-care seminar logoSELF CARE SEMINAR

This is a seminar I’m running with a colleague at Charles Darwin University (Darwin, Australia), on Ellengowan Drive, in Casuarina. The seminar is being held in Lecture Theatre Blue 5.1.01, on Thursday, 31 May 2018 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm (ACST)

Do you have good self care practices? Can you imagine what consistent good self care practices could do for you?

In this seminar, you will hear about the self-care techniques we and many of our clients have found helpful in our quest to live healthier, more meaningful, peaceful and fulfilling lives. We’ll share with you some of the methods we use for transforming bad habits into good ones, and how to recover when your self-care practices fall by the wayside.

You can read more about the event HERE.
